この品は西陣の老舗機屋 桝屋高尾さんの代表的な作品である、ねん金綴錦の袋帯を使用しております。
ねん金綴錦とは、高尾さんが手掛けた徳川美術館の袱紗の復元から生まれた華麗な織物。真綿糸に箔を巻き付けた特殊な素材が用いられており、金銀の美しい輝きと真綿の軽やかな風合いを併せ持つ、独特の質感が印象的な名品です。
(This item is made using a Nenkin Tsuzuri Nishiki obi, which is a representative work of Takao Masuya, a long-established weaving shop in Nishijin. Nenkin Tsuzuri Nishiki is a gorgeous textile created by Mr. Takao's restoration of a Fukusa from the Tokugawa Art Museum. It is made from a special material made of cotton thread wrapped in foil, and is a masterpiece with an impressive unique texture that combines the beautiful shine of gold and silver with the light texture of cotton.)
