Regarding returns
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you receive a defective product, a product different from the one you ordered, or an incorrect product, we will refund the full cost of the product, including the cost of return shipping, only if the product description is incorrect.
Due to the nature of the products, we generally cannot accept cancellations or returns for reasons other than those mentioned above after an order has been placed. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to accommodate your request after consulting with you. In such cases, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping fees, bank transfer fees, packaging fees, etc. incurred when returning the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any of the following reasons:
If the product is used after it arrives
If the product is scratched or stained by the customer
If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
Items that are in a state that would prevent them from being sold again (including items that have a fragrance, etc.)
If the item has been repaired or cleaned by the customer
About refund method
In case of convenience of our store
Cases where the cause is our fault include when a defective product or a product different from the order is delivered, or when there is an error in the description.
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will transfer the total amount, including the product price and shipping fee, to your specified account.
In case of return due to customer's convenience
"Customer reasons" refers to cases other than the above "Store reasons." This includes wrong size, different image, mistaken purchase, etc.
If the return is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and all other fees.
We will transfer the amount minus shipping and transfer fees to your specified account.
