Regarding returns
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you receive a defective product, a product different from the one you ordered, or an incorrect product, we will refund the full cost of the product, including the cost of return shipping, only if the product description is incorrect.
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons other than those mentioned above after placing an order. Depending on the circumstances, we will respond after consulting with you. In that case, please note that the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee, bank transfer fee, packaging fee, etc.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept returns for any of the following reasons:
If the product is used after it arrives
If the product is scratched or stained by the customer
If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
Items that are in a state that would prevent them from being sold again (including items that have a fragrance, etc.)

Cases where the cause is our fault include when a defective product or a product different from the order is delivered, or when there is an error in the description.
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will transfer the total amount, including the product price and shipping fee, to your specified account.
In case of return due to customer's convenience
"Customer reasons" refers to cases other than the above "Store reasons." This includes wrong size, different image, mistaken purchase, etc.
If the return is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and all other fees.
We will transfer the amount minus shipping and transfer fees to your specified account.
Regarding shipping charges
If your purchase totals 40,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping is free.
This product is not available in some areas, such as Hokkaido and Okinawa, so please feel free to contact us.
