Takeyacho embroidery originated in Takeyacho, located east of Nijo Castle in Kyoto, and is characterized by its delicate and elegant beauty created by skilled artisans.

    Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.

    If you receive a defective product, a product different from the one you ordered, or an incorrect product, we will refund the full cost of the product, including the cost of return shipping, only if the product description is incorrect.

    Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons other than those mentioned above after placing an order.     Please note that we cannot accept returns for any of the following reasons:

    After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will transfer the total amount, including the product price and shipping fee, to your specified account.

    In case of return due to customer's convenience

    "Customer reasons" refers to cases other than the above "Store reasons." This includes wrong size, different image, mistaken purchase, etc.

    If the return is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and all other fees.

    We will transfer the amount minus shipping and transfer fees to your specified account.
